Have you ever become frustrated that the woman in your life is hard to excite?  Most men don't realize that there is a VERY effective way to get your woman turned-on... the problem is, most men don't find this exciting for themselves and therefore cringe at the idea of doing it to someone else.  But if you are desperate for a little loving you will try anything, right?

Try this...

the next time you both are sitting there watching television or reading a book, take you hand and just slowly and lightly- very, very lightly- stroke her body or back.  Don't go fast, and don't go rough.  Go slowly and lightly- gently like a feather. 

Start out with her legs or her back (the least ticklish spots).  After she starts to relax you can work your way to her inner thighs.  But go slowly.  Go lightly.  Relax, and then she will relax. 

Don't expect quick results- it could take up to 15 minutes to get her excited.  But the fact that you are doing this (something out of the ordinary for you) and you KEEP doing it (showing dedication and love)- she will be turned on in no time.

A word of advice, don't talk during this and don't point out that you are doing this, and don't ask her how she likes it- just do it.  Focus on her, and do it.  She might protest in the beginning because she isn't used to you doing this and she might think that you are doing this only to get her in the sack.  Just tell her to relax and do it.

She will be amazed that you are focusing on her like this and expecting nothing in return.  And eventually, she will so turned on, she will be trying to get YOU in the sack!
